Somehow three months of family-visiting, book-reading, movie-watching, car-buying, painting, navel-gazing and quiet-timing have passed (I think it's called having a life), and it is time to get back to work. Here's what 36 old-school chapters look like after the first revision - that's 414 pages, 129,000 words. Two chapters into revision number two, with zero regrets. I needed that break. Making fire again.
